"I am currently residing at Slate Aura and usually go home on weekends. Despite being away, I am still being charged at least ₹300 per day every weekend. There has been absolutely no support from anyone, including the property manager Harneet or even the owner, Sumeet. There seem to be serious issues with how electricity bills are handled here. The charges are often inflated and I’ve been billed even when the room is completely unoccupied and all appliances are turned off. This raises a serious concern—who knows if someone is using my room in my absence? When I requested to review the CCTV footage to verify this, no one was willing to provide it. This lack of transparency raises major privacy concerns. It feels like someone could be living in my room without my knowledge, even though I am paying for single occupancy. This entire situation is extremely frustrating and feels like nothing short of a scam"
